- Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ColorMuse Pro → Cancel or Modify
- Or: ColorMuse App → Profile → Manage Subscription → ColorMuse Pro → Cancel or Modify
🔄 Restore Purchases
- Open ColorMuse Pro
- Go to Profile → Upgrade to Premium
- Tap “Restore Purchases” and sign in with your Apple ID

You retain full access to all existing data. New additions will be subject to Free Tier limits, and AI analysis & data recovery will be disabled.
Data Recovery
Premium feature: Restore soft-deleted customers, projects, tasks, invoices, and colors. No automatic backups beyond this restore capability—your data is stored under Firebase’s default permissions.

First-Time Setup
- Download ColorMuse Pro from the App Store
- Sign in via Google, Apple, or email/password
- Configure your company profile
- Add customers, create projects, generate invoices
Troubleshooting
- Check internet connection
- Verify credentials
- Reinstall app if needed
- Confirm same account on each device
- Restart the app
- This rarely happens, but sometimes due to your phone settings, the upgrade may not be fully applied. Please log out of your account and force close the app (completely close it and reopen it). Once you log back in, the issue should be resolved. If you're still experiencing limits, please contact us.
