Data Recovery

Premium feature: Restore soft-deleted customers, projects, tasks, invoices, and colors. No automatic backups beyond this restore capability—your data is stored under Firebase’s default permissions.

I've just upgraded to Premium and my profile shows the upgrade, but why am I still limited to only 3 customers?

This rarely happens, but sometimes due to your phone settings, the upgrade may not be fully applied. Please log out of your account and force close the app (completely close it and reopen it). Once you log back in, the issue should be resolved. If you're still experiencing limits, please contact us.

Can I use multiple devices?

Yes. Premium syncs up to 2 devices; Free tier data remains local.

Do I need internet?

Offline use is supported; internet is required for sync and setup.
